The LA Fringe Theatre is located in an historic warehouse in the Downtown Arts District of Los Angeles. Build in 1926, the warehouse served as the old Challenge Creamery building, where Challenge Milk was loaded onto trucks for distribution throughout the city. Now the converted building houses a humber of loft spaces used for living and working.
