Located conveniently in the heart of the Little Tokyo Arts District, the L.A. Fringe Theatre (the 25‐year home of 501(c)(3) non‐profit organization City Hearts: Kids Say Yes to the Arts) is a 4,000 square foot loft creative space available seven days a week. We’re flexible and can arrange hourly rates or sublet. It’s a great location for just about anything, including classes, seminars, rehearsals, meetings, casting calls, video shoots and more.
